Currency Malaysia currency is known as Ringgit(RM).Notes are available in RM1, RM5, RM5, RM10, RM50 and RM100. Also coins are available in 5 cent, 10cent, 20cent and 50cent.

Climate with equatorial / tropical climate, generally it is hot and sunny all year around with avarage temprature of 32 Celsius. Visitors are advice to wear comfortable clothing to avoid heatstroke. We also have scattered unpredicatable rain and it is advisable to bring umbrella with you all time.
Electricity Electricity is on 240Volts AC / 50 Hz system. And the plug types are BF, B3, B and C. Most of the hotels will lend its but since the number is limited, it is advisable to bring your own.
Tipping is not necessary customs here but it's up to you.

kota Kinabalu is the capital city of Sabah with Malay, Chinese Kadazan Dusun as the major population and also others such as Indian, Murut, Bajau, Rungus, living together in harmony. She has a lot of interesting place nearby and connected to other part of the world thru kota Kinabalku International Airport.
